This annual release contains information on the amount of alcoholic beverages released to the market, and therefore available for consumption. The figures exclude the production of alcoholic beverages by households.
The title of the release was formerly ‘Alcohol and Tobacco Available for Consumption’, however in September 2010 the tobacco available for consumption series was discontinued, for reasons of confidentiality.
